I am surprised it took me this long to finally watch this.
I mean, I love Jimmy Stewart.
I grew up watching Mr. Smith Goes To Washington every other month on a VHS tape.
This was when I was like 9 or 10.
So for some weird ass reason, I was more obsessed with court films then family Christmas classics.
But I seriously loved this movie.
All the hype was well deserved.
This is literally the definition of a Cult classic. Something that wasn't received well and now is beloved by pretty much anyone who's seen it.
Jimmy Stewart does great in this. I mean, can he do any wrong?
Donna Reed was also fantastic in this film.
There chemistry is perfect in this film. Easily one of the most likeable movie couples.
Overall, this is just a fantastic movie. This was just so fun to watch. I'm glad I got to watch it. Definitely one of my favorite Christmas films.
Jimmy Stewart dancing at the gym was awesome. Who knew he could pull off those moves.
