AniMAYtion Part 27

Yep, still as entertaining, heartbreaking and as severely overlooked as I remember it being. The humble beginnings of acclaimed animated director Brad Bird and The Iron Giant as more than earned its place among his other work. It's a really sweet, emotional story with great characters and seemingly never ageing animation, all packed into a measly 86 minute runtime.

Even if you don't have the nostalgia associated with this like me and many others do, I'm confident that you'll still fall in love with The Iron Giant.
