Nolans Best Film Since Interstellar
Oppenheimer is a sheer reminder why he's one of the defining legendary film directors. Awe inspiring, terrifying, diabolical, and unsettling. A chilling unraveling of scientific discoveries as well as the annihilation of a mans reputation. A staggering filmmaking achievement circling around such complexity; a film that leaves you with mixed emotions, ones of pure awe and existential dread. Just give Nolan the Oscar already, he's earned it... Cillian Murphy is already a lock for Best Actor, but my god Robert Downey Jr is almost on the same level as he is and absolutely deserves a Best Supporting Actor win! Oppenheimer is superb filmmaking that must be see on the biggest screen possible! I will definitely be thinking of this film for a while.
Side Note: I find it really funny/ weird seeing Josh Peck, a guy I watched on Nickelodeon and on the David Dobrik YT vids, making his way into a Dark and Serious bio drama directed by a Legendary Filmmaker.
