Holy crap, what an incredible, layered, fun monster movie?! I finally sat myself down to watch this and I am so mad I waited so long. I was laughing out loud, yelling at the screen, and cried multiple times. So. Damn. Good.

Really funny, really profound. Exactly how I like my comedy! Love how he embraces awkwardness so completely. His ability to be vulnerable and transparent with his intentional growth is genuinely super admirable. Cool experiment and a great show.

The ending struck me silent. Everyone involved in this was a genius. Billy Wilder’s direction is incredible per usual - that one shot after Betty leaves the mansion and the camera tilts up from Joe’s face to see Norma peering down over the landing…. *chefs kiss*

Um… holy shit? I knew very little about this going in and I am so happy I didn’t. Everything about this is phenomenal. The writing, acting, cinematography… out of this world.
