Fablemans can piss off because this is how you make a movie about cinema. I was pretty set on a 4.5 stars but the ending was probably top 3 movie endings of all time. For the majority of its runtime this movie encapsulated me and sucked me into every scene.

Holy peak. This is 2024’s die hard. The cast is packed with the most random actors who I went ‘holy shit it’s him’ (Dean Norris- Breaking Bad, Theo Rossi- Luke Cage, Benito Martinez- The Shield).
Such a tense, simple but effective thriller which gets way too cartoonish but is all the more enjoyable for it. Watch this and you can’t not have a good time with it.
Jaume Collet-Serra truther for life. Critics don’t understand him. This and black Adam are peak and I won’t hear otherwise 🗣️
