Truly spectacular, 10/10, no notes. I kept finding myself sobbing at how emotional and beautiful it was. The scene when Elphaba and Glinda first dance and at the end when Elphaba sees her younger self in the reflection of the glass were my absolute favorite moments.

Never really bought Shailene Woodley’s character, but I enjoyed the plot and the Greek island setting once I lowered my expectations. I did see that final twist coming long before JGL, so maybe I should be the PI.

Very cute and clever! A great representation of the complexity of and value of all emotions (in moderation!). Also loved how the movie explained anxiety to a young audience — truly brilliant and very relatable.
