Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me 1992

In my most humble opinion, no film even comes closer to being this depressing and scary.

Laura Palmer’s story might just be my favorite character studies of all time. For anyone who has seen the show and are going for this film, they’ll always see the side of Laura which wasn’t even hinted in the show.
The last 1 minute of this film might just be the best piece of cinema I have seen. I am glad this film’s story…

This film managed to blow me away more than any film ever has (atleast for now). With a premise as simple as this, you can have tons of expectations with how the story will move but this is beyond everything. The god tier visuals and otherworldly score itself makes this a great watch but what matters more is how this film dives deep into your mind despite having an "alien invasion" plot.

Everyone is talking about how much of a “tarantino-esque” film this is.
Is gore and swearing the only “tarantino-esque” thing? What about the long conversations that tell a lot about the characters?
