    I love how this film is comprised of flawless first-person unbroken shots and incredibly effective sound design to make the framing more convincing. The family drama at the narrative center is heartbreaking and often genuine.

    I think some of the performances and dialogue are a tad over the top varying from scene to scene in its short runtime which weighs the film down for me. Some scenes also felt a tad unnecessary. But even then, the film still managed to have some very powerful emotional moments and I was consistently engaged.

    The art direction is beautiful here. I love the film’s use of water coloring, the color palette, the sharp angles and shapes making up the people and objects. The film also has a nice variety of locations which give off distinct atmospheres I can feel.

    Sometimes the film feels a tad too kiddy, I wish Brendan Gleeson’s character had more screentime (he does a great voice performance too). And I do think the pacing in the middle dragged, and the…
