It amazes me how fantastic the production design for this film is, most things look and feel so real. The makeup and hairstyling is phenomenally done and places you into this world. The cinematography creates some powerful shots that leave a lasting impression.

This was enjoyable but it wasn't the best thing i've ever watched. Since the story picks up so fast within the first 30 minutes we don't have time to get emotionally invested into these characters which makes the stakes for this film extremely low. This film has some of the best production design I've ever seen in a film yet the color grading dragged it down, Villeneuve likes to make scenes incredibly dark in his films which pulls me out…
