The Lion King meets James Bond.
I liked the unique style, which stands out from other Marvel movies. The traditional colorful costumes, the crazy spaceships in the style of african masks or insects and the score with cool hip-hop melodies and tribal songs are really fun. The actors are good. Letitia Wright was a highlight as the Q of Wakanda. Michael B. Jordan plays a villain who pursues a comprehensible agenda unlike most Marvel baddies. A jacked Andy Serkis also has fun reviving his role from Avengers 2. The movie is about 2 hours 15 minutes long. That could have told everything a little more stringent and refined. The CGI ranges from breathtaking (savannah at night and car chase) to mediocre (rhinos). One of the better origins movies of the MCU.
