    Wow. What a brilliant piece of filmmaking. I loved everything; the cinematography, the performances, the music, the story, it was just all so good, plus I love a good vampire movie!! I have been excited to watch this for ages and it was everything I hoped it would be, I got chills multiple times. An intense, emotional, powerful and enjoyable movie that draws you in and keeps your attention, a definite must-watch.

    Would be much higher rated if it was maybe between 30mins to 1hr shorter. The performances were brilliant and the plot was intriguing and I don’t mind watching long films personally, but this just lost a bit of it’s momentum for me during which made me less engaged.

    An incredible piece of television. Each episode being shot in one-take so intimately made it so intense and all consuming as a viewer, but also as someone interested in filmmaking it was so fascinating to experience. You really are immersed in this story, when an episode ended, sometimes I would find myself letting out a breath I didn’t even realise I was holding or letting go of physical tension I didn’t know was there.
