British Wes Anderson - a terrifying concept.
As a loose parable on xenophobia and the immigrant experience, it's portrayal of London as so deeply white and homogenous (by contrast, the Notting Hill of Hugh Grant suddenly appears more realist) is so blatant and inexcusable. If the scene of Townes playing Waitin Around to Die whilst Uncle Seymour tears up in the background doesn't rip your heart to shreds, then I'm not sure what will.
