I rarely rate below ⭐️⭐️ (less than 2% of watched films), because watching movies is a positive experience and that's how I approach my reviews as well. You can almost always find something worthwhile and I respect people working hard to make a film happen.
Even though that's also the reason why I was hesitant to create such a list, these movies certainly earned to be singled out.
