What I really liked about "Underworld: Evolution" is how seamlessly it follows its predecessor with the open ending. At first you might think it's the same movie. Unfortunately, there isn't much story to follow. It's about the family of the first vampires and werewolves. The old atmosphere isn't quite achieved either. Basically, the movie is just a series of exaggerated action sequences. That gets annoying very quickly and when both parties are immortal, the tension is gone.
