Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama
Synopsis
In a bowling alley from Hell, there's only one way to score...
Out to steal a trophy from a local bowling alley, a group of college students accidentally unleash the imp -- a sadistic little spirit that creates demons and loves sexy women.

It's time for two smokin' hot co-eds to join the most popular sorority on campus. But, before they can join, they must get spanked with a paddle, sprayed with whipped cream, take steamy showers, and break into the local bowling alley and steal a giant bowling trophy. Sounds easy and fun, right? Well, everything goes smooth, until the co-eds, three dorky dorks who tagged along for the ride, and Scream Queen Goddess, Linnea Quigley, accidentally wake up a genie in a bottle. This genie ain't just any genie, he's an Imp, and what a dirty sense of humor Uncle Impie has.
Could Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama be the coolest sounding name for a movie ever? I'm not sure,…

movie: creepy dorks stalk sorority pledge initiation
me: gross, but ok
movie: they get caught and are forced to join the pledges as they go about their final test, stealing a bowling trophy from the local mall
me: sure
movie: that bowling trophy is actually a murderous, jive talking goblin that grants wishes
me: wait hold up
absolutely love that one kid here is smart enough to be like "wait a minute, maybe the wishes could come true and then go bad on us, i've heard that happens sometimes" and all the other teens are like "what the fuck are you talking about calvin" and then obviously all the wishes go bad. anyway, all-timer title, however not enough (any) bowling.

80s Boobs, Monsters and Bowling - what could i wish for more?! Easily the perfect movie (to me)
-
This feels like what would happen if you ate a whole bunch of mushrooms and typed "the 80s" into pornhub
-
Whenever I need a pick me up, David DeCoteau is usually there to help with severed heads rolling down a bowling lane. This huge slice of cheese is a blast and a half, now I wanna rewatch DeCoteau’s magnum opus, Nightmare Sisters.
Side note: I’ve watched two Imp related movies in the last 4 days. That’s weird, even for me.

Review:
This movie is awesome! Fast paced, lots of nudity and a ridiculous script that could only be made after you were told what props you had at your disposal. Highly recommended if you are fan of 80’s/90’s straight to video trash.
Rant:
If fantasy indulgence is one of the main intentions of movies, why has sexual fantasy been banished to strictly pornography? It is such a weird world we live in. 30 years ago it was commonplace to see movies where boys were peeping on girls in the shower or girls became sex-hungry after a spell (two tropes used in ‘Sorority Babes...’). This is standard male fantasy being enacted in a fantasy situation. Why is this so controversial? However, nowadays there is all kinds of hardcore pornography with incestual, bondage and rape fantasies (girl sleeping, girl stuck somewhere and man rapes her) that apparently is perfectly fine. What a ridiculous, hypocritical, bull-shit society we live in!

A bunch of Coeds who want to join a Sorority have to partake in an initiation that involves being spanked by large wooden paddles, having whipped cream sprayed on them, and being spied on in the showers. After being perved on by the usual horny nerds the final initiation is for them to break into and spend the night in a bowling alley with the nerds mentioned above. Here, they run into the legend herself Linnea Quigley and invertadily let an Imp out of its box.
I'm not sure what is better the title of this movie or the awesome poster but as always it's impossible to live up to. Then you have to take into consideration the shoestring budget…

What a blast! Once the intro came flying at me with that bomb song and neon credits I knew I was in for a whirlwind of 80s hijinks! I wanted to see this for awhile and it delivered some solid low budget charm. Cheesy acting, silly characters and a plot filled with supernatural shennanigans.
A bunch of dweebs are caught peeping on some sorority girls. Their clumsy asses get caught and now they must complete their punishment. Break into a bowling alley and steal a trophy. Sounds easy enough right? Wrong! Too bad the trophy unleashes a sarcastic little creature who causes all sorts of mayhem. He grants fake wishes, tells silly jokes and turns people into demons! Wowy zowy!…

okay now i really want to start a transdimensional, interstellar competitive women in horror movies intramurals sports league & if you want to join you can select your team name and first team pick.
my team name is The Sisterhood of Barf, and my first pick is Linnea Quigley as Spider because she is both (a) the COOLEST and (b) tuff as nails!!!
if everybody chips in, winner gets a pizza party dinner!!! but actually everyone will get pizza dinner because competition is dumb and we're here for fun ok?
but also Linnea WILL crowbar mutants in Slime Football.
also i really love everything about this movie, but especially cat hissing, axe wielding bride of Frankenstein and also how David DeCoteau…
-
of course i love every-one & -thing about this but its time to admit its shot way, way too dark. sorry!

it's my birthday and I'm watching my bday blu Ray and eating chocolate cake in bed

2nd David DeCouteau (after Nightmare Sisters)
You know, it's a sad moment when you realise you wear the exact same outfit as the nerdy lead in a cheap horror film. Really made me reconsider my life choices.
On the one hand, terribly made, woodenly acted and sleazy to boot. On the other, it's infused with an infectious sense of camp fun, in no small part to the fun the Scream Queen Trio are having. Brinke in particular seems to be on the verge of cracking up during the whipped cream and spanking scene, and there's a sense of knowing silliness that pervades the production. What initial smugness the boys have at both spying on and seducing the girls is upended…
