kept waiting for amy dunne to show up during cell block tango like "my darling husband nick loved a girl i was pretending to be. 'cool girl.' men always use that, don't they? as their defining compliment. 'she's a cool girl.' cool girl is hot. cool girl is game. cool girl is fun. cool girl never gets angry at her man. she only smiles in a chagrined, loving manner, then presents her mouth for fucking. anyway, he dragged me, penniless, to the navel of this great country and found himself a newer, younger, bouncier cool girl. nick dunne took my pride and my dignity and my hope and my money. he took and took from me until i no longer existed. that's murder. let the punishment fit the crime... HE HAD IT COMING!"
this is just...top tier musical adaptation what else can be said
everyone involved is so in their bag.....almost height of their powers ??
John C Reilly Mr Cellophane always makes me sob
I believed Catherine Zeta Jones was Latina for maybe 20 years of my life
this is my review
we LOVE the peak of the murderous women cinematic universe and the fact that so many straight men hate this and see it as overrated makes it all the more perfect
