Finally cracked the code on collecting large amounts of data quickly! Results are now very solid :) and just expanded to reflect more data collection! The classic 5% sample size is now used.
After some at-home data analysis, the combined factors of the most popular films on Letterboxd have distilled the massive group to a select few. After weighing as much readily available data as possible, these appear to be the stand-out films!
The results are not terribly shocking, but this will be a chance to look at the work of the entire Letterboxd community. Not fitting perfectly on either highest-rated or most popular films lists, my judgement is that this comprises the most significant recommended films to the Letterboxd…
