I somehow forgot that Tim Burton became a bad director, so this being as bad as it is took me by surprise. His style, dialogue, and comedy are all awful now, but at the same time it felt like revisiting an old friend. Like it may have been bad, but I didn't have that bad of a time. The cast is great and I love how they handled the Dad character.
