I will admit the first time I watched it I didn’t fall in love with it right away, but upon second viewing, it finally clicked for me.
It’s a love letter to storytelling and cinema itself. I think everyone needs to see this movie for the visuals alone, but the story is quite strong too. Whimsical yet so heart-wrenching.
Also Lee Pace rocked the eyeliner look so if that isn’t a reason to go see this film, I don’t know what to tell you.

Sword fights! Martial arts! Gang violence! Space AND time travel! This movie has EVERYTHING.
It has so many quotable lines this should be on par with Mean Girls
Had to dock one star though bc the beginning is kind of boring tbh
