A majestic moody cocktail of masterful direction, a script that makes you want to eat the paper it was written on, perfect casting, production design to die for, a throbbing, intoxicating score, timeless and electric performances... one of those rare cinematic creations where something almost alchemical happened when they captured it and all you can do is lie and think about it all night long.
