I saw this film at the Empire, Leicester Square, London on my first trip to the UK when I was 21 and I enjoyed a lot. I was already a big fan of Brian De Palma (Carrie, Dressed to kill, Impact, Body Double, Scarface,…) but “The Untouchables” is still one of my favorites. De Niro is also very impressive in his role as Al Capone from the start of the film and Sean Connery also deserved all the awards as a supporting actor. The score by Ennio Morricone is unforgettable. It's been 37 years since it was released and it's still a masterpiece.

Petita gran pel•lícula feta amb molt d’amor que ens descriu a la perfecció aquells anys en aquell trosset de la nostra Barcelona i aquella línia de bus, la del 47, que molts dels que viviem a l’extrarradi vàrem agafar tantes vegades per anar i/o tornar del Centre, potser en més d’una ocasió conduïts per aquell entranyable Manolo, el valent heroi amb bigoti de Pancho Villa que tant va fer pel seu barri i la seva ciutat… 
Inoblidables interpretacions, espectacular feina de producció, fotografía, maquillatge,… molt ben dirigida i clara candidata a emportar-se tots els premis de l’any.

Awesome concert of one of my favorite bands since I bought in 1983 their first album “The Hurting”. Unfortunately I’ve never had the opportunity to see them live and I hope they start soon a new European Tour. The sound quality is amazing and after watching this film today, with the best daughter ever❤️, I realize what the experience of seeing them live could be like.

Thank you, Tim Burton, for taking us back to Winter River, Connecticut 36 years later to meet up with some old friends and some others even crazier (Willem Dafoe, you’re not a cop, you’re an actor!) who have made us enjoy your particular afterlife once again.
