The sound design/use of sound in the movie is phenomenal. The all-star cast was even more all-star than I was aware of (I may have a new Black Hawk Down equivalent on my hands), and the performances were stellar. Standouts that immediately come to mind are (of course) Cillian Murphy, and Robert Downey, Jr. and Josh Hartnett, both of whom respectively probably give the best performances I've ever seen from them. There's also a hell of an example of "snot acting" in this movie, for anyone familiar with that particularity found in a lot of eventual Oscar nominees (Rodrick Rules).
To address the alleged 15 minute missionary position scene: hyperbolic fodder. There is nudity in this, a few times, and one such time was kind of tension-breaking and out-of-place enough that I heard a couple people stifling hysteric laughter (not unlike I found myself doing during the staircase scene in John Wick 4). I had an opening line ready to go, assuming the extended missionary scene was in this, so I'll bury it here: "rest assured, folks, the Lord's word was fully evangelized".
I saw this in an IMAX theater with perhaps the narrowest aisle clearance I've ever encountered in a theater. It was an annex theater, across the plaza from the main megaplex it was a part of, and I legitimately think it was a repurposed old single screen theater that an outdoor mall was built around. Sorry to the at least four people whose feet I felt myself step on getting to my mid-row seat.
