A movie held up by mostly performances, but it still works. It's a strong C+ so it may not wow everyone but it's not bad. As someone unfamiliar with Dylan, I thought it was a decent look into a moment of an artist's life rather than trying to tell his full life story.

There's never been another movie like this one. Perfect blend of sci-fi and action, the right kind of comedy sprinkled in, and a time travel plot that doesn't go off the rails. I know in later movies it does, but those feel separate to me. Even the 1st film just feels like a prologue to this one.
In my top 5 greatest action flicks for sure.
