In the world of "this meeting could have been an email" then this documentary could have been 45 minutes on HBO. Post-9/11 and pre-Obama is such a specific period of time. Also, sometimes the least interesting people are people talking about a joke instead of just telling the joke. Also, way too many dead people in this documentary that is barely 20 years old.
