reeeeally not sure what compelled many of the bros at my screening to snicker loudly at nearly every other shot INCLUDING the bedroom stabbing and underwater sequence....this happened when i went to see blue velvet too and it's like... how is a film depicting women being abused/murdered in a blunt and surreal manner the funniest thing in the world to you
