I have to laugh at like 90% of this, but the other 10% I just… can’t. Yeah, this is an absolute mess of way too many ideas, both audiovisual and philosophical, with performances that run the gamut from “fine” to “WHY”, and yet there are individual shots and edits, and a couple of sequences where you totally buy into Coppola’s folly.
Entirely too many Marcus Aurelius quotes.
