It’s birthday time so that means Oppenheimer needs yet another spin. One of the greatest movies of all time and definitely Nolan’s most accomplished work. (I’m sorry TDK I still love you) I notice something new every time I rewatch it. How he uses the repetition of sound, flashbacks and dialogue to create character and tension is just sheer genius. That speech scene is the most well directed scene in any of Nolan’s films. Genuinely cannot wait for what he does next. Never been a more exciting time to be a Nolan fan.
