Man it’s actually so tough trying to decide which Spider-Verse film is greater. I mean maybe we shouldn’t though. Both have an endless array of peak filmmaking. Although, there are definitely things about ATSV that I like more.

That final sequence was so quietly devastating. The hesitant smiles from both of them, like “yeah we’ve just made this meaningful film but I’m still not close to you in real life”. Beautiful writing, Beautiful acting. One could even say it was almost sentimental.🫣
