Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse never got my attention when the first trailer was released. As I kept encountering the many ads and trailers, I wasn’t sold at all, thinking that it wasn’t going to be good and I still had these thoughts two weeks ago. When I found out that this was getting near-universal acclaim from critics and audiences, I decided to give it a chance and after seeing it today, I am glad I decided not to ignore it. I’ll also proudly eat my words for doubting this as well!
Into The Spider-Verse is one of the best movies and biggest surprise of the year. I honestly didn’t think I would love it as much as I did. The animation and voice acting was really cool, very vibrant colors throughout. As much as I love Spider-Man 2, this might be the best Spider-Man movie to date. Go see this movie before the upcoming releases such as Aquaman, Bumblebee & Mary Poppins Returns are out!
