Hmmmm. I really like it. The girls get it. I mean it’s a really great representation of being sucked into something when that’s not even what you want, like a drug. (Is this an anti drug movie or something??). Yeah I guess high school is a zoo but idk. Hard to say. I absolutely loved it though, every bit of revenge, every second of going further into destroying everyone’s life but at the same time fixing everyone. It’s every high school movie but also every high school movie is this. All really wonderful. I can’t say it’s really matches Clueless but that’s just a perfect movie all around because it knows what it is and breathes a beautiful image of how beautiful everything is. But back to this, um “He’s too gay to function.” Like that’s a perfect line to me, probably cause Damien just like me but that’s just beautiful. This really isn’t making sense in my head to write but what I’m trying to get across is this movie is fucking incredible. It’s messy though, life, teenage angst, it’s fucking messy. It’s a gray area, what’s right what’s wrong, and most importantly, what does it matter? It’s a fun movie at heart (to me). I mean getting hit by a bus is fun and it’s a microcosm of the movie. But yeah, words are worthless. The ending to me was maybe a little too perfect, idk I don’t wanna sound like I’m picking at this movie too much, but Heathers had a perfect ending for it. Maybe this ending fits this movie but it’s just not as good. Fuck this sounds stupid, I hate having to compare art but they’re all like high school movies, but in their own hemispheres. It all works out in the end that we have a gorgeous film and really, that’s all that matters above all else.
