Basically just a prolonged fever dream that doesn't purport to be anything more. The formless narrative can be a bit exhausting to sit through, but the frenzied visuals and brash soundtrack really come together for an engaging mess. There is an undeniable charm to this unapologetic insistence on the absurd.
