The master of blues and oranges on film. This IS for the girlies, Max himself is a mere accessory to the women’s mission and this puts them at the forefront of the action. We even have older women fighting back and being heroes, something rarely seen on screen it seems. I love how this masquerades as a film bro movie but when you really get down to it it’s about women’s bodily autonomy and freedom and how we will fight tooth and nail to get it. Badass through and through.
