Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie 1995

Something else that's 30 years old this year!
The nostalgia is strong with this one.
The cheesiest, yet most awesome thing you'll ever see...at least for about the first 30 mins, then what follows is all cheese.
Starts off great with the surfboard sky diving to the music of Red Hot Chili Peppers, roller blading, morphin, fightin', not forgetting the many "Ee-Ya's!", pointless back handsprings, and endless whooshes. You can probably switch it off after that.
Then it's followed by some forgettable plot and awful CGI, you won't be missing much.

Pride and Prejudice 1995

Heading off to Kedleston Hall tomorrow morning, thinking that was where they filmed Darcy's house...but nope, it was actually shot in Lyme, an hours drive north from there. More like Jane Eyre (2006), so a little less Austen and a bit more Bronte haha.
Beforehand though, I put on episode 4 to get a feel of the place. Even after finding out that we weren't going there, it still has the capacity to suck people like myself in, who haven't…
