    Truly beautiful. The majority of Family Slice of Life movies run out of steam but this is pure poetry, an ensemble portrait oat the turn of the Modern American, dynamic, post-nuclear family.

    and I typically HATE DANCING. I KNOW I’M A RANCID CURMUDGEON, but this made me want to flail about listening to System of a Down (my art f** band).

    The group dinner scene is SO beautifully cut, written, and performed; just like the rest of the film tbh. Can’t wait to watch this again and memorize the 10+ quotable lines.

    I’ve been on a bumble date with a Marcy (minus the horrible outcome) and my god it’s terrifying. This was bat shit and Marty is so wonderful at painting a vivid, grimey tapestry of NYC. A “‘modern” Odysseus. Paul Odysseus.
