Bruh, this film from start to finish is such a batshit melodramatic hyped up reality that’s just basically everything turned up to 11, I wanted to rewatch it all over again when the credits rolled. I don’t think a movie like this would be done today, it’s so dated yet that’s part of its charm, overacting that one accepts and insane situations that I honestly feel the writers did coke during the screenplay process and I thank them. And John Woo, I’ve only seen 2 films of his now MI:2 and this one, there is an action God and his name is John Woo.
