the rewatch was CRUCIAL. so much information and missed details really sunk in for me. the emotional chokehold i was held in as robert’s “victory” speech scene with the rhythmic pounding and stomping of feet on the bleachers (which is teased throughout the film) got me again. a pit in my stomach nolan created with that one, phew! i’m still annoyed by jean being depicted as a “mystery” cuz there is SO much more to her part of the history. it would be a 5 for me if it wasn’t for that…
