i left this movie with a few tears falling from my cheeks off to have a nice long car cigarette. since a lot of friends i knew saw this before me, i was back n forth between wondering if it was hype or genuinely THAT good. regardless, i couldn’t shake the feeling of excitement i’ve had since i knew it was in the making. for 3 hours i sat in awe, the whole thing. i actually care to write something a little more about this one. my only disappointment with the story was not enough backstory on jean, she was such a big part of robert’s life and it was barely touched on. so with that i retract my initial 5 star. i will say the music, the sounds, the cinematography, the acting, the flow, the dialogue was all very well done to me. the time just flew by for me and i honestly want to see it again already.
