“I’m trying to fuckin’ support him, dude.” Bros in a haunted house. Reeking of early 2000s mediocrity, this is kinda better than the sum of its parts. It takes too long for the inevitable bloodshed to happen, as the uninteresting characters hash out their bland emotional and relationship problems. The strength of most of the cast covers for a pedestrian script as does some occasionally inspired editing offers touches of mystery and dread, particularly around a third of the way in during which a series of events are repeated in sequence from different perspectives.

Class dialogue in this guttural NJ SOV effort which takes a grimmer than usual approach. But its cheapness makes the dower atmosphere oppressive and boring. The comedy is also dreadful.
