Having read American Prometheus, I think Nolan made some questionable changes with regard to Jean Tatlock in particular. Other than that, the film is wonderful, strong, shocking, with certain scenes worthy of horror classics. Without a doubt, it is a huge favorite in a lot of Oscar categories. Cillian is perfect as Robert. I just don't say for sure that he's the favorite for the best actor award, because I have great expectations for Killers of the Flower Moon, which should be great too, including DiCaprio's lead performance. My Nolan favorite has always been Memento, but Oppenheimer is definitely close by now.
