    Trite. Really tarnishes the strength of the story the first two films set out and built. It does get better in the second and third act though thankfully. Thank god for my 3 gay guys that made the film watchable: Lee Pace 😍 Luke Evans 🫦 and Ian McKellen 😋 oh and Cate Blanchett MOTHER!

    A VAST improvement upon the first film, that dragon fight scene is amazing. My interest was waning some points throughout the film as it’s very long, but my interest was piqued when sexy Luke Evans rocked up on screen.

    Just perfection. Strays a little bit away from the book but I didn’t mind that, as far as adaptations go it’s wonderful and improves on the original subject matter which is hard to do with films! Emma Stone is an absolute joy to watch in this and tbh… gave the performance of a lifetime as Bella Baxter. It’s perfectly cast, and a brilliant and humorous observation of what it means to be human and alive. Highlights the absurdity of learned social constructs and codes and is truly unlike anything else!
