Exhibitor FAQs

Will a better booth location be available if I wait until next year?

It is extremely unlikely that waiting a year to exhibit will result in a better location. It is likely that waiting a year to exhibit will result in another year that thousands of attendees in our industry do not see your product.

KBIS is a remarkably successful event with hundreds of loyal exhibitors. We advise you to secure a location that is available and add your name to our booth move list.  We can accommodate many location changes throughout the cycle.

Exhibiting at KBIS 2025 will ensure an onsite space selection appointment for KBIS 2026.  The Orange County Convention Center is drastically smaller than the LVCC and will likely sell out to renewals only.  Skipping KBIS 2025 won’t guarantee booth placement at KBIS 2026.

What if I plan to just walk KBIS in 2025 and not have a booth?

This creates a costly missed opportunity to get in front of your target audience. We would ask you consider the following:

  • How do I plan to approach attendees if my company does not have a presence on the show floor?
  • How can attendees understand our value proposition and see our products if we don’t display?
  • What message will our lack of investment send to the audience we are trying to target?
  • What message will our lack of investment send to our current customers?
  • Will attendees want to make time in their schedule to meet with non-exhibiting brands?
What can I do to make sure attendees find me?
