If your device no longer sees eduroam or UI-Guest after a building has been upgraded to Wi-Fi 6, you may need to update the drivers for your wireless card.

Certain Intel Wi-Fi 5 cards need to have their drivers updated to be able to see networks upgraded to Wi-Fi 6.

More information on this issue and the recommended wireless driver versions can be found on Intel's website.

Laptop and desktop manufacturers have not updated the drivers available from their websites, so you may have to download the current drivers directly from Intel's driver website.
