Let's make a big line in the middle, the spiders won't all go by the sides... What a mistake haha! It'd be a plus if the oldest line is automatically removed when you try to add a sixth one. Otherwise, nice job!

Actually, why didn't I think of that?

It's difficult to take some distance on what you are doing in 48h, I can relate haha

Funny story, I had an original idea that didn't work out, and by then I already had spent half of the time for the jam on that flopped idea. So I ended up working with less than a day's worth of time lmao

Very neat. Feels like a twist on Space Invaders. I did feel like you get quickly overwhelmed with spiders. Maybe ramp their numbers up a bit more slowly ?

Cute game, I liked the simplicity. The sounds were a little forward and overbearing, nearly gave me a heart attack killing a spider against the quiet music. Increasing the hitbox of the circles or auto-completing the line when it makes contact with another dot might make it easier and not require precise mouse control so the player can focus more on the strategy. Overall fun and cute game.

Was kind of thinking of that too actually (but then there wasn't enough time left...) Thanks for taking time for checking out my game!

I quite liked the aesthetic, the game was simple but enjoyable, and the five lines limit made for some more frantic gameplay, which was good, however there is nothing to let the player know when they have reached the limit, which often led to frustration. There also wasn't anything to mix up the gameplay , which results in it getting boring after a while. Still, a good game all in all.

Thanks for the feedback, man! There was actually a line counter on the bottom left of the screen, but it got cut off for some reason, and there wasn't enough time left in the jam to fix that. Sorry for that.

I like the paper aesthetic, reminds me a lot of games I used to play as a kid.  I also really love the restriction of only have 5 lines at a time, that made for some interesting/frantic gameplay.  Also it felt really cool to get two spiders with one line, that was a fun little mechanic.  Nice work!

It's an interesting implementation of the idea of connecting dots. I have to say that it loses its fun rather quickly tho. It could also be nice to have some feedback when you try to create a new line but you can't since you reached the max amount of lines in game, at some points, I just tried to create lines and couldn't tell why they weren't showing up (of course it is because I already had 5, but didn't get feedback besides the line not showing up)

Hey, thanks for taking time out of your day to play my game. I appreciate the constructive criticism!
