very nice game ! I dont know if it is an intended feature, but I got pieces that were not possible to place, a square with no bottom surface clear of obstacle. I guess the pieces are generated randomly, maybe the difficulty of the piece generated could scale up with the days ? That migh require a lot of trial and error to find a good way to influence the generation tho.

Anyway, good game !

There is a check to make sure the bottoms are open, but it might've bugged out. I'm sorry it happened to you, but thankfully this seems to be a very rare case

A cool tetrisy game! I love the art. and the gameplay is interesting, once I got the hang of it. On first impression, I was very confused why my building parts weren't fitting in. It took me a couple minutes to figure out that the decorative elements like ladders, trees, chairs, etc, were actually relevant to the gameplay.

I think if you highlight the cells that will be blocked by these decorations in red while you are dragging the building around, then the game would be much more accessible and very fast to pick up. It felt slightly misleading to not highlight those cells on dragging

Really nice visuals and kinda one of those comfy games. Only real downside was figuring out the shapes before inserting, like a sign on the wall takes one full space.

I liked it, it was tetris with more thinking

Cool idea. I had a really hard time understanding why I couldn't position the blocks in some places, but pretty chill otherwise

Man I really liked the atmosphere and music, but the way the blocks needed to be placed sometimes feels odd, idk maybe I'm too used to tetris and tricky towers. But great work overall

All these buildings are definitely up to OSHA standards. I liked the aesthetic and the urgency, though I think hanging flower basket can definitely go over chairs :p

It's incredible how addicting this is is to play! The music is such a vibe it almost made forget how frustrated I was getting at myself for making silly placements haha. Really great work!

weirdly relaxing game and really well done!!

What a chill game. The music is a vibe.

This was awesome! I did manage to get 38 pieces on day 11. The only thing that felt weird is there was no specific goal for the challenge version like survive to day x or place x pieces so I had no idea if I was doing well or not. But this was phenomenal.

The timer maxes out on day 15 at 5 seconds per day, so day 11 is pretty good!

oH VERY GOOD USE OF THE THEME. Had a LOT OF FUN PLAYING!!!

Surprisingly tricky and stressful! Getting the perfect piece to place feels incredibly satisfying. The gradually shortening days are a great touch, the sense of panic knowing that you have to get things placed asap lead me to a lot of questionable decisions!

Developer(+1)

Thanks! We almost didn't do the shortening days, so I'm glad the rest of the team convinced me :D
