Le Quadro Europee Commun de Referentia re Linguas (QECRL) : Apprender, Inseniar, Evaluamento, in anglese Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment [1][2][3] , es un manual usate pro prescriber le capabilitates de studiantes de lingua estranie in Europa. Ille esseva commetita de le Consilio de Europa como parte principal del projecto "Apprender de Linguas pro civitate europee" (Language Learning for European Citizenship) inter 1989 e 1996. Su scopo principal es, proviser un methodo de evaluamento/evaluation e inseniamento, le qual es applicabile a omne linguas in Europa.

Le nivellos es describite per descriptiones illustrative, le qual le studiante debe plen-facer per examines.

A nivello basic
A1 prime passos (Breaktrough o beginner)
A2 fundamental (Way stage o elementary)
B nivello progredente, ma medie
B1 cis medie (Treshold o intermediate)
B2 trans medie (Vantage o upper intermediate)
C nivello professional del usator
C1 avantiate (Effective operational proficiency o advanced)
C2 professionalitate (Mastery o proficiency)

Un scala/gama plus detale on obtene per le nivellos additional A2+, B1+, B2+.

Un nivello C2 non significa, que on haberea attingite un nivello de parlatores native.
