Critically acclaimed Peruvian restaurant Latin Bites reopens today at 11am at its new location on Woodway. The restaurant closed its original spot on the east side of downtown back in December and after a brief delay due to permitting, is back with free Pisco for this week only. Chef and owner, Roberto Castre won Eater Houston's "Chef of the Year" in 2011 and is poised to whip up some celebratory tacu tacus in a more spacious kitchen.
