Hunting Grounds: The Daunt is a Hunting Grounds activity in Horizon Forbidden West.

A Hunter and Strike Carver that sells Strike Pieces can be found here. The Shock Warrior Bow can also be obtained from Izvad, the Groundskeeper.

Trials[]

Tear Trial[]

Players must remove and loot 2 Scrounger Power Cells.

Shock Trial[]

Players must overload Scrounger Power Cells with Shock ammo to put three machines into a Shocked state.

  • Full Stripes: 3:00
  • Half Stripes: 5:00
    • Reward: 5 Hunting Medals, 5 Sparker, 1 Scrounger Circulator, 1 Small Machine Core
  • Quarter Stripes: 10:00
    • Reward: 4 Hunting Medals, 20 Metal Shards, 1 Small Machine Core

Shock and Trap Trial[]

Use environmental traps set up in the Grounds to kill machines in the Shocked state.

  • Full Stripes: 3:00
    • Reward: 6 Hunting Medals, 50 Metal Shards, 15 Metal Shards, 15 Charger Circulator, 1 Medium Machine Core
  • Half Stripes: 5:00
    • Reward: 5 Hunting Medals, 35 Metal Shards, 10 Metal Shards, 1 Small Machine Core
  • Quarter Stripes: 10:00
    • Reward: 4 Hunting Medals, 20 Metal Shards, 1 Small Machine Core
