Philomena was a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 19th century and former player on the Slytherin Quidditch team.[2]
Biography[]
During her school years, Philomena was on good terms with Sirona Ryan, a Ravenclaw student with whom she shared a friendly Quidditch rivalry.[2]

- It is possible that Philomena is also another Philomena who is referenced in a Howler, as they are a part of the same generation.
