Barnaby Lee's mother was a Dark witch who was one of Lord Voldemort's Death Eaters during the First Wizarding War.[4] She was sentenced to Azkaban following the war for her crimes as a Death Eater, along with her husband.[5]
Biography[]
She attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in her youth, where she was sorted into Slytherin. On one night before Barnaby started attending Hogwarts, Cecil Lee took Barnaby, his mother, his father and his grandmother on a camping trip where he made a roaring campfire and served them some of his famous cocoa, complete with his pet Fire Dwelling Salamander Vulcan performing the cocoa-warming trick. Barnaby later recalled that everyone loved seeing the trick, even his parents, claiming that the moment was one of the only happy memories he had of them.[6]
