Will Cart (born on November 12, 1984 in Poland, Ohio) is an American editor, actor, producer, voice actor, director and writer.

In 2014, he completed his first film titled Bootlegger's Picnic, which he directed, produced, wrote, edited and acted in.
He provided the voice of Chip Peterson in Grand Theft Auto V.
